Outages (Scheduled and Emergency)

Introduction

There are times when Omni Intelligence (OI) must be taken offline in order for updates and changes to be made. There is a mailing list available to subscribe to which will be emailed when outages are scheduled.

Scheduled Outages

These are the normal outages, scheduled and prepared for in advance. Typically at least one (1) weeks notification will be given for any planned downtime.

Emergency Outages

It is possible that there may be outages causes by issues outside of OI’s control. For example – hardware failures at the hosting providers. In these situations, emails will be sent as early as possible prior to the outage.

Instructions to Subscribe

To subscribe to the mailing list, Click here.

NOTE: To make sure that you will be notified when there are outages and issues that need addressing, it is important to ensure that your organization details are accurate and up to date.

To do this:

  1. Log onto the Omni Intelligence website and navigate to Manage -> Organization.

  1. Check that all details are correct, and if not, click "Edit" to make any necessary changes.

Unsubscription information is included with every email from the mailing list.
