Report Naming Format

Introduction

Report files generated by OI are automatically named. There is a syntax to the format.

The “Report Period” time is in the call-center timezone (from the configuration).

The “Received On” time is the client (browser) timezone.

The "Scheduled time" is in the client (browser) timezone.

The "Report date" and "Report time" from the pdf header are in the call-center timezone too.

".pdf", ".csv" file postfixes are in the UTC timezone.

For hour-granulated reports, timestamps (inside pdf/csv files) should be in the call-center timezone.
