Specifications

Overview

This section covers the program-specific requirements which are needed in order to access, use or install certain features on the Omni Intelligence (OI) online platform.

Probes

Requirements – Hardware

x86 or x64 MS Windows Operating System (Windows 7 and later versions)
It is recommended that the operating system is joined the corporate domain (but not a requirement)
2 GB of RAM
50 MB of disk place will be consumed by the OI Agent. Please allow another 500-1,000 MB of free disk space for the operating system to work properly
Network connectivity – at least 100MB Ethernet link is required

Requirements – Software

VM deployments are recommended
The corporate firewall should allow outgoing traffic on TCP port 443 (HTTPS)
The VM firewall should allow SIP traffic (5060/5061 by default)

Requirements – PureCloud

The OAuth ID and Secret so that we can configure it in the probe
Agent username / password
Inbound digest authentication credentials / realm
Edge IP address
IVR Architecture (Visio Diagram/Flowchart)

Send these details to OI Support to complete the connector provisioning once the OI Connecter application is installed.

Scenario Files (Audio)

Scenario files are required to be .wav files which are PCM 8 kHz 16 bit, mono (telephony wav format).
