Audit Trail

Overview

Every time an Alert is escalated, a detailed log is produced which can be accessed via the Audit Trail. This can be used to review the details of the Workflows which were escalated from an Alert.

Instructions

After an alert is escalated, you can review it by navigating to Reports -> Audit.

Here, you will find information about the Alert, the Alert type, the time of occurrence, the alert message, the contacts/groups involved, the escalated workflow, the nodes involved in the workflow, and a detailed summary.

You can also apply search filters at the top of the interface to refine your search.

For a detailed summary of an audit entry, click "Details" on the right hand side. Your summary may look something like this:

Exporting to File

Click 'Export' at the bottom of the interface to download an Excel file containing all audit trail data.
