Public Holidays
Overview
Public Holidays can be added to the Dates List, which can be used to handle the enabling/disabling of Alert Escalation Workflows and scheduled Monitoring & Performance Testing (MPT) during non-operating days.
Instructions
- Log onto the Omni Intelligence website and navigate to Manage -> Public Holidays.
You will presented with a list of existing holidays. A default view looks like this.
Create New Public Holiday
Click "Create New".
Enter a name for the Public Holiday, as well as its date to be added to the Dates List. Here is an example:
NOTE: The date format to be used is DD-MM-YYYY.
- Click "Save" to add the Public Holiday.
