Security Levels
Limited users
Limited users can only access dashboards which are assigned to their account. Their access is restricted, and are based on the permissions which have been assigned to them by their Org Admins.
Org Admin users
Org Admin users have a higher level of access and can perform various tasks that Limited users cannot. These activities include (but are not limited to):
- Adding other users
- Assigning permissions to other Users
- Configuring and creating real time displays
- Configuring, scheduling and running historical reports
- Updating user details
- Resetting user sessions
- Updating business details
- Updating agents and queues, and making changes in OI

MPT Admin users
MPT Admin users are a special type of Admin user which can run Monitoring & Performance Testing (MPT) scenarios. More information on this can be found here.
System Accounts
These do not count against your licenses but are critical for the Omni Intelligence (OI) platform to function.
Please Note: If you edit them, the OI platform may fail to function correctly.
Super Admins
These accounts are reserved for Omni Intelligence support staff only, and are used to manage the system.
