Accounts - FAQs

Overview

Accounts are used to log in to the Omni Intelligence online platform. A staff member is not restricted to having only one account, but the number of accounts is restricted by licenses purchased.

What are Accounts used for?

  • Seeing real time analytics information on screen
  • Configuring historical reports
  • Viewing the reports on screen
  • Configuring OI
  • Configuring MPT

What Account types are there?

There are five types of accounts.

  • Limited Accounts
  • Org Admins
  • MPT Admins
  • System Accounts
  • Super Admins

What is the 'agent@companyname' account for?

That account is a system account and used to connect to your phone system. Because of this, only Omni Intelligence support staff will have access to its configurations.
