Overview
Accounts are used to log in to the Omni Intelligence online platform. A staff member is not restricted to having only one account, but the number of accounts is restricted by licenses purchased.

What Account types are there?
There are five types of accounts.
- Limited Accounts
- Org Admins
- MPT Admins
- System Accounts
- Super Admins

What is the 'agent@companyname' account for?
That account is a system account and used to connect to your phone system. Because of this, only Omni Intelligence support staff will have access to its configurations.
