How does Licensing work?
Licensing of OmniIntelligence is based on concurrent sessions. Please contact Advatel for Omni Intelligence online platform licensing.
Examples
1x Admin License = 1x Admin Account with 1 session.
2x Admin License = 1x Admin Account with 2 sessions, OR 2x Admin Account with 1 session each.
5x User License = 1x User Account with 5 sessions, OR 5x User Accounts with 1 session each (or any mixture in-between).

What is the difference between Admins and Users?
A user license can simply display statistics and is intended for wallboards or agents themselves. Admins can manage, configure and interact with many more features and functions.

Why would I have one (1) user account with five (5) sessions?
This enables you to have the same setup easily displayed in multiple configurations while only remembering one username and password.
I have the same username logged in twice but the displays are not synchronized?
Each OI account can only save/display one set of Analytics displays.
If the end user requires different views/displays on different wallboards then an additional login/account will be required.
Please Note: Even with identical templates displayed on different user screens, the displays will never be perfectly synchronized due to technical limitations in TCP and UP. These values are not streamed to the displays. They are refreshed.
