Probes (Agent Simulation)
Overview
Omni-Intelligence (OI) provides the platform enabling managers, supervisors and agents to see a complete picture of a Contact Centers real-time operational data. With passive and active quality monitoring of all aspects of the involved technology including historical data and predictive analytics which is made available at a glance while pro-actively alerting key managers when critical situations arise.

OI Agent Installation Process
OI Connector Agent Application
Download the OI Connector Agent Application from here.
Install the OI Connector Agent
The OI Agent Control Panel should open automatically. If not, open a web browser to:
Configure the following values in the agent configuration form
a. Server Address – Provided by the by the OI Support Desk
b. Username / Password – These are the credentials given by the OI Support Desk
c. Agent Name – e.g. “<site_name> Monitoring Probe - Melbourne”
Click on the “Test” button to check that the user credentials are entered correctly.
Complete the configuration of the agent by clicking 'Save' and closing the form.
Upon successful configuration, the agent status is displayed as “Connected”:

Scenarios
Load Generators can used to test scenarios. A scenario is a set of specified procedures that can be configured and used to monitor or run performance tests.

Load Generators
Load generators are virtual machines used to simulate a load for performance testing. MPT Admins can set up and configure load generators through request to Omni Intelligence (OI).
